UPDATES:

1/24/12- Hunter and Jordan Mackison will both have there cars at the dirt trackin show the 27,28,29.

11/3/11: Hunter mackison and johnny mackison Jr will both be racing at ssp on 11/12/11.

7/17/11:

Jordan mackison will be at ssp 7/20/11 for his first time in the car and so will Hunter mackison for his last time befor his first race at lincoln on 7/24/11.

6/13/11:

Hunter Mackison will be back at SSP for the test and tune on 6/15/11.

03/13/11: 

Macksion Motorsports and B&B Metal Finishing are heading into the 2011 racing season with a slightly different approach. 

To kick off the 2011 racing season, we were looking forward to opening day at Lincoln Speedway; however, just days prior to the event, Johnny had an accident in which he broke some lower ribs on his right side.  We all felt it was best to allow him to heal for a few weeks before starting the season.  This year, our schedule will not include running any particular track each week.  Johnny will pick and choose mainly time trial events, draw shows, and the eastern USAC swing.

Around mid-summer, we anticipate John Hunter Mackison making his first sprint car racing debut at one of the local tracks.  John started running laps last year at Susquehanna Speedway during the track's open practice sessions and his times were becoming very competitive with other 410 racers.

Also mid-summer, we will be taking Jordan Mackison to Susquehanna Speedway for his first laps in a 410 sprint during the track's open practice sessions.

Macksion Motorsports and B&B Metal Finishing are really excited to see how Johnny's boys progress behind the wheel of the 410 sprints.
